A Pedestrian on a Zebra Crossing!

A few days ago, I crossed a busy road on a Zebra crossing. I found a railing blocking the crossing on the other side!

Should we jump over the railing or walk on the road 20 meters till the railing ends?

    I know one such place just outside the 17 sector market... I think the correct answer to this rhetorical question is "Use a heavy duty metal cutter and make a gap in the railing and then run like hell before you are caught for damaging public property"

    Not a bad idea. But on the other hand, the pedestrian crossing signal doesn't turn green :)
